The CHARADE processing procedure consists of comparing BtoC addresses contained in your customer file with relocation addresses contained in La Poste Relocations File.

To process files in the best possible way, La Poste SNA has established an exclusive partnership agreement with 12 companies specialised in address processing. These companies have been selected and approved by the SNA for the quality of their services.

Since the end of 1999, the SNA has allowed some data processing companies that correspond to a certain number of criteria to gain access to the privileged status of “partner of CHARADE® of La Poste SNA”. They are the only companies entitled to use the file containing relocation information recorded over a period of 60 months.

This data, combined with their skill of address processing, enables them to carry out the CHARADE service for their customers instead of La Poste.
