Each AC covers a specific geographical area in France.

Their roles :

• ensure the reliability of Address Databases by checking the wording of thoroughfares in each commune and updating the data contained in these files.
• process all change-of-address information collected at post offices and update La Poste Relocations File.
• manage postcodes and deal with complaints.
• coordinate and supervise the network of the file containing CEDEX customers.
