What type of mail can you send?

You may use our Business Mail service to send:

• Any type of customised mail: letters, bank statements, invoices, etc.
• Any type of non-customised printed matter: magazines, direct mail, catalogues, books, etc.
• Various advertising materials with no commercial value, for example CD ROMS, compact discs and audio cassettes.

You may not send (non-exhaustive list):

• Mail with commercial value and containing objects liable to VAT or customs duties.
• Mail that does not comply with French legislation
  (incitement to racial discrimination or any other form of discrimination, pornography, lotteries requiring payment or an obligation to purchase, etc).
• Mail containing:
  - Narcotics and/or mind-altering substances
  - Explosive substances, flammable and/or hazardous materials
  - Objects or printed matter for which import and circulation are forbidden in the destination country
  - Obscene or immoral items or printed matter
  - Animals or live insects
  - Items with particular and/or dangerous characteristics.
