Constant surveillance

Quality service is the cornerstone of customer satisfaction.
Quality Service Various external monitoring systems serve to track and analyse excellence. Quality is evaluated by European postal administrations, which call upon external service providers to monitor end-to-end delivery time, i.e. from the day the letter is posted to the day of receipt (UNEX delivery times), as well as the intermediary time from the arrival of the mail in France until distribution (import) or the time it takes for mail posted in France to reach the country of destination (export).
 

Ultra-modern evaluation methods

Two principal evaluation methods are used to guarantee the reliability of results:
  • Test letters sent to identified addressees, who indicate the exact sending and receipt dates of each test letter, providing end-to-end information for each country. The UNEX system relies on one million test letters.
  • Transponders, electronic chips inserted into the test letters, which record each passage through special detectors at the main operational sites and calculate the intermediary treatment times, identifying weak links.

In light of the results, actions are planned to offer you more dependable service: training for personnel, quality assurance programmes, inter-establishment challenges to stimulate innovation, the development of a special production mechanism for international mail, detectors, etc.
