A concerted effort…

Over the past seven years, La Poste's main international treatment centres, the marketing and, French and international sales development department, and our
complaints unit have received ISO 9001: 1994 and ISO 9001: 2000 certification. Obtaining ISO 9001: 2000 qualifications has called for the involvement of our sales and operational teams. We are currently working to certify all of our international mail treatment centres.
