With our Business Mail solutions, you can send all kinds of mail, personalized or not and without commercial value. By taking over the entire delivery process, La Poste reduces the number of actors involved to bring you a simple and efficient service.
According to the number of items and weight, La Poste propose you 2 services: Business Mail and Business Mail “large quantities” (for mailings from 1000 items).

Conditions
Weight
- PRIORITY: each item can weight up to 3 kg for BM1 and 250 g for BM1 large quantities.
- ECONOMY: each item can weight up to 250 g.
Caution: items over 250 g are processed and invoiced as BM1 PRIORITY.
Dimensions
- Maximum size: Length + width + height < 1000 mm.
None of the measurements should exceed 600 mm.
- Minimum size: 90 x 140 mm
Rolls
Roll-shaped items (circular, triangular or other) should have the following dimensions:
- Maximum size: L + 2d > 1040 mm (L = length, d = diameter)
The largest dimension should be below 900 mm.
- Minimum size: L + 2d > 170 mm

Delivery time / Processing time
We offer two types of service:
- Priority service (lettre prioritaire)
Choose Priority service for rapid and reliable delivery in France within one or two days in 90% of French territory (average time in working days).
- Standard service (ecopli)
For sending bills, account statements, loyalty point info, etc., to France, BM2 offers low prices for delivery within three to five days in 90% of French territory (average time in working days).

Pick-up
whichever service you choose, La Poste can also collect your mail in the country of origin.
Franking
La Poste can frank your mail for you. According to the type of mail, we will frank it automatically or manually. To be franked mechanically you must respect the rules for Mécanisable items.
