La Poste UK Ltd may be required to divulge any information concerning you in order to comply with any laws or regulations in effect, or to respond to any requests of the courts or administrative authorities.

Trademarks that appear on the Services are protected by La Poste and/or its partners. Any reproduction or use of said trademarks without the express authorization of La Poste and/or its partners is strictly prohibited.
By the same token, La Poste does not guarantee that the content and service the User obtains from the Services will meet the latter's expectations or that the content and service provided are in conformity with the regulations and laws applying to third parties.
La Poste UK Ltd has no responsibility for any reason in case of modification, suspension or interruption, etc. (non-exhaustive list) of the Services.
La Poste UK Ltd can in no way be held responsible for the reliability of data transmission, for access time, or for any restrictions on access to the Internet or other networks connected to it. Nor can La Poste UK Ltd be held responsible in case of any interruption in networks providing access to the Services, for total or partial unavailability of the Services due to the telecommunications operator, for errors in transmission, for problems of security of transmission, for failures in receiving equipment or in your telephone line.
La Poste UK Ltd may interrupt its Services for purposes of maintenance. This interruption will be made known by means of a notice on the homepage, or by means of another procedure. La Poste UK Ltd is in no way responsible for such an interruption and is not liable for any compensation.
La Poste UK Ltd is in no way responsible for indirect damages or for any commercial, moral or financial losses, including any loss of earnings, due to, based on or originating with the use of Services or their content, or for any direct or indirect damage to the data processing equipment of a participant or to the data stored in said equipment that results from connection to the site, nor for the consequences that this may have for the participant’s personal, professional or commercial business.
It is your responsibility to take all measures necessary to protect your own data and/or software stored in your data processing equipment against all damages. Connection to the site and use of the Services is your sole responsibility.
La Poste UK Ltd has no responsibility for the use of the Services or their content. All of the rates provided on the site are indicative. It is your responsibility to verify the cost of your mailing on the day that it is handed over to your post office.
The content and services provided by partners of La Poste UK Ltd through the Services are the exclusive responsibility of said partners. Hence, La Poste UK Ltd is in no way responsible for direct or indirect damages that occur in the course of the User's access to the Services or use of the Services, or are due to the failure of the Services or their content to respect regulations or violate the rights of third parties.
You are solely responsible for all content (texts, images, audio, etc.) that you communicate to any third parties by means of one of the Services, whether transmitted in a public or private framework. Hence, La Poste UK Ltd cannot be held responsible for content communicated by Users via the Services.
An effort will first be made to resolve by amicable arrangement any litigation arising from the interpretation or execution of these Conditions for Use. Failing this, the litigation will be subject to French law and be brought before the competent court within the jurisdiction of the Paris Court of Appeals (cour d'appel).
